This Privacy Policy explains how ChromCast LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”), collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the Manager's Cabinet website at managers-cabinet.com (the “Site”) and all related services (collectively, the “Service”).
We take your privacy seriously. Please read this policy carefully. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
The data controller responsible for your personal information is:
ChromCast LLC
contact@managers-cabinet.com
If you are located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, ChromCast LLC is your data controller under the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and the UK GDPR respectively.
2.1 Information you provide directly
Email address. Collected when you generate a free career card, purchase a dossier, or place a physical print order. Your email is your primary identifier on the Service.
FPL manager ID. The numeric identifier you provide to generate your career card or dossier. This is a publicly available number associated with your Fantasy Premier League account.
Shipping address. Collected only if you purchase a physical print product. Used solely for fulfillment.
Purchase commitment responses. If you purchase a Premium Career Dossier, you may answer optional personalization questions before checkout (e.g., selecting a memorable career moment, choosing a mini-league rival). These responses are stored to personalize your dossier content.
2.2 Information we retrieve from public sources
When you provide your FPL manager ID, we retrieve the following data from publicly available, unofficial FPL APIs:
— FPL team name (nickname)
— Season-by-season history (overall rank, total points, gameweeks played)
— Current season gameweek-by-gameweek history (points, rank, transfers, bench points)
— Captain selections and chip usage
— Transfer history
— Mini-league memberships and standings (league names, member team names, ranks)
— Player selection history
This data is publicly accessible to anyone with your FPL manager ID. We do not access any private or authenticated FPL data.
2.3 Information we generate
From the data above, we generate and store:
Derived career metrics such as career averages, peak/valley seasons, rank percentiles, captain patterns, and chip usage analysis.
Archetype assignment based on behavioral patterns in your career data.
AI-generated narrative text produced by artificial intelligence language models, including per-season commentary, archetype descriptions, and career memoir content.
Career card images rendered in multiple aspect ratios for social sharing.
Dossier content including all chapters, visualizations, and narrative text.
All generated content is cached permanently upon first creation and is not regenerated during the active availability window.
2.4 Information collected automatically
IP address. Collected on each visit. Used to determine approximate geographic location (country level) for analytics and potential future regional pricing decisions. We do not use IP addresses to identify you personally.
Device and browser information. Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and device type. Collected through analytics tools for the purpose of improving the Service.
Usage data. Pages visited, features used, buttons clicked, timestamps of interactions, referral URLs, and UTM parameters. Collected through analytics tools.
Cookies and similar technologies. See Section 8 for full details.
2.5 Payment information
We do not collect, store, or process your payment card details, bank account information, or PayPal credentials. All payment transactions are handled entirely by our third-party payment processors (see Section 6). We receive only a transaction confirmation, transaction ID, amount paid, currency, and payment status from these processors.
We use your information for the following purposes:
To provide the Service. Generating your career card, dossier, and physical prints. Processing purchases and delivering digital and physical products. Sending transactional emails (order confirmations, dossier delivery, expiry reminders, shipping updates).
To personalize your experience. Assigning your archetype, generating narrative content tailored to your career data, and incorporating your commitment question responses into your dossier.
To communicate with you. Responding to support requests, sending purchase-related transactional emails, and (with your separate consent) sending marketing emails about new features, seasonal updates, or related products.
To maintain and improve the Service. Analyzing usage patterns, diagnosing technical issues, monitoring Service performance, and improving features.
To enable sharing and virality. Creating public card URLs, generating shareable images with proper metadata, and tracking referral activity through referral identifiers appended to shared URLs.
To comply with legal obligations. Retaining transaction records as required by tax and commercial law, responding to lawful data requests, and enforcing our Terms of Use.
To protect our rights and safety. Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Use.
If you are located in the EU, EEA, or UK, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:
Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Processing necessary to deliver the products and services you have purchased or requested, including generating your career card, processing your dossier purchase, fulfilling physical print orders, and sending transactional emails.
Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Processing necessary for our legitimate interests, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms. This includes analyzing usage data to improve the Service, maintaining security, detecting fraud, tracking referral activity, and displaying publicly available FPL data in Mini-League Cards. You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (see Section 9).
Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Processing that relies on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent. This applies to marketing emails, placement of non-essential cookies, and processing of data by third-party advertising pixels (Meta Pixel). You may withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 9).
Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). Processing necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations, such as tax record-keeping and responding to lawful government requests.

Specific retention periods:
Email address — Until you request deletion
FPL manager ID and cached FPL data — Until you request deletion
Generated artifacts (cards, dossiers, narratives, archetypes) — Until you request deletion
Purchase and transaction records — Seven (7) years from the date of transaction, as required for tax and accounting compliance

Dossier URL availability. Your dossier URL is accessible for thirty (30) days from purchase. After this period, the URL returns a 404 error. The underlying generated content remains stored per the retention schedule above and can be used to regenerate a new dossier upon a new purchase.
Upon deletion request. When you request deletion of your data, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within thirty (30) days, except for data we are legally required to retain (such as transaction records for tax compliance). We will send you a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
We share your personal information with the following categories of third-party service providers, solely to the extent necessary to operate the Service:
Payment processors. Stripe and PayPal process your payments. They receive your payment details directly during checkout. We never see or store your full card number. Their processing of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.
Print fulfillment provider. If you order a physical print, we share your shipping address, order details, and the print-ready artwork file with our third-party print-on-demand fulfillment provider. They use this information solely to manufacture and ship your order.
Email service providers. We use third-party email platforms to send transactional emails (order confirmations, delivery notifications, expiry reminders) and, with your consent, marketing emails. These providers receive your email address and relevant metadata (e.g., purchase status, email type).
AI language model provider. We use third-party AI services to generate narrative content for your dossier. The data sent to the AI provider consists of structured, anonymized statistical inputs derived from your FPL career (e.g., season ranks, points totals, captain selections). Your email address, real name, and payment information are never sent to the AI provider.
Analytics and advertising. We use Google Analytics 4, and Meta Pixel. These services collect usage data, device information, and (where you have consented) advertising identifiers. Google Analytics helps us understand how the Service is used. Meta Pixel is used for retargeting advertising to people who have visited the Site. You can opt out of these services (see Section 8).
Hosting and infrastructure. Our Site is hosted on cloud infrastructure that may process your data as part of serving web pages and storing information. These providers act as data processors under our instruction.
We do not sell your personal data. We have never sold personal data and will not do so.
